When I reflect on our yoga studio I see different people from all walks of life coming together to lift, build, and walk with each other. The community energy at this studio is of "one heart, one mind..” My vision for K U L A is to create a sanctuary for you to get away from the world and work on your body, mind, and spirit.. in complete safety, around people that love and cheer you on in your process. It is my hope to create a space of peace and stillness for the heart!
Classes We Offer
Kula Flow is a creative, full-spectrum vinyasa practice. Using breathe to guide your practice, every class is well-rounded to create whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. You’ll practice classical and innovative sequences drawn from the rich traditions of classical yoga. Prepare to sweat and go with the FLOW!

Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal the mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Kundalini Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans. This powerful and unique form of Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini, is a great way to recharge the mind and body.

Hot vibes for our sweat tribes! Come hydrated and get ready to sweat in our heated practice rooms 100º F with 60% Humidity that’ll leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated. The Kula Hybrid series will include a mix of Yoga & Pilates synced with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.

Our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well being.

Think pilates, dance and yoga all combined in a low-impact, glute lifting, thigh firming, core strengthening class! Using a ballet barre for balance and your own body weight for resistance, you'll be able to target muscles deep in your legs, glutes and core through sets of dynamic exercises, pushing to your limit and then stretching for relief. You'll simultaneously strengthen and lengthen muscles, as you're burning fat. Mind over matter will be your mantra!
